This wasn’t a great (or even good) year for Tech in Basketball but it was nice to see a win in the first round of the Big 12 Tourney against Kansas State. I couldn’t catch the second round game against Texas, but the score makes it look as though it was a good game (77-70) in favor of UT. Here’s a link to the article on The Official Website of Texas Tech Athletics
Good job guys and I look forward to next year! Go Tech!

Last month a good friend of mine got fed up with his current mouse (Microsoft Optical Wireless Mouse 2.0) and has asked for input if you have any. I recently purchased a new wireless mouse from Buy.com and so far it (Logitech MX 610 Laser Cordless Smart Mouse) has been great!

It has the configurable buttons for email, messaging, and volume control. The email and messaging buttons light up when you specify certain people (friends, family) you want to be notified about when a message hits your inbox or messenger (YIM, AIM, etc).
As for actual optical performance, this one has stood up to the test (using for Photoshop and Illustrator). For everyday use I’d recommend this mouse to almost everyone. If I were more of a graphic designer/artist I’d have to spring for one of these: Graphire Bluetooth
