I couldn’t help it…I found these and had to post them. I still haven’t decided if I like it or not…but it’s growing on me.

I’ve always liked the ‘02 model because it looked like a rally car. It looked aggressive and fast. The new model doesn’t seem to carry that over, at all.
From a design standpoint, the ‘08 looks neutered, to me. It is somewhat stale. This new design looks more like a Mazda 3 or Toyota Corolla with a hood scoop.
I know car companies tend to borrow from one another here and there, but this just seems so bland.

Very good points! The Impreza (WRX) has always had it’s own unique look. The more I think about it, the more it also looks like a 4 door Saturn Ion too.
